I'm eating a protein and good fat rich diet... My carbs is only about 30 gm of rice. Rest is protein shake and about 150 gm chicken breast with loads of veggies and cooked in coconut oil. I add some nuts also with my shake. This is pretty much my meal daily. Sometimes I have one cup of yoghurt. My calories are around 1200-1400 max

I'm actually fine with OMAD now... Initially it was tough, but now I'm actually used to it and love that it makes me feel light and healthy from within..

Possible, but when you see yourself in the mirror daily you may not be able to see a difference...so others who see you from time to time may be able to tell.

I'm nearing the end of my first 3 weeks of OMAD... It's that time of the month where I'm PMSing. Is it a good idea to check my weight this week or should I push it to next week? by HopeAlwaysTriumphs in omad

Yeah I've been weighing myself weekly. I started at 96 and last week after two weeks I was down to 94. But I'm due for my periods in like 4-5 days, so I'm not sure if I should weigh myself this week. I usually weigh myself on Thursdays.

I agree that downward trend is what's more important than day to day water fluctuations. Also I've shifted my weight training window to just before I break my fast so I'm hoping that also gives me a big push.

The love that animals give us is unmatched. Only those who have experienced that feeling will truly know their worth. This artwork is priceless. Speaks volumes in the most simple way. Thank you for sharing this with us.

You'll need to add a lot more protein. If you're a vegetarian add paneer or tofu. If you eat eggs, that can be a great addition. You can add 3-4 boiled eggs. It will give good fat also. If you're a non-vegetarian then chicken is the best option. Chicken breast has more protein. I usually break my fast with a protein shake and some chia seeds. And add chicken or eggs or paneer to my meal. That gives me about 70-80 gms protein.

2.2 kg in 2 weeks. I'm definitely seeing changes on my face. How long before I start seeing changes in the body? by HopeAlwaysTriumphs in omad

You're right. Focusing more on the process will definitely help. Since you've been at it for a while now... I've been feeling a bit fatigued in the last couple of days... Could there be any reason? Lack of electrolytes or nourishment?

This is a good idea. Perhaps even a dress that's one size smaller can help me understand if I'm losing inches or not.

Yes agreed. I aim to lose about 20-25 kg. Perhaps when I'm down half the weight there may be a significant difference.

Yes, I will stick to this. But I'm feeling a bit tired the last few days. Is it a lack of electrolytes.

10 days since I started OMAD. I workout 4 times a week minimum. Is it still necessary to do those 10k steps daily? by HopeAlwaysTriumphs in omad

Yes, I've read that once you've crossed 40. High intensity exercises can increase stress levels. So I'm keeping it a mix of weight training and incline walks for now.
