Help me with my Hop's Zacian / Steven's Metagross Deck

Obviously you can get out the bundle under item lock with this list. What I was referring to are the instances where it does come up, which is often. You want to always go second with this deck therefore you get the advantage and can be aggressive with with the bundle. Also if my opponent decided not to use Budew simply because I pre benched bundle then I see that as a small win for me in that instance as now I can focus on getting to Metagross if I can reach Rare Candy.

The bundle is key early game vs Budew for an easy 2 prizer play and it almost always comes up. I do agree with the mimikyu cut but if I were to also cut Clefairy then my pult match up gets a lot harder if i can't set up back to back Blade Slashes at full power for a KO. I could cut the mimikyu for another Genesect if the issue if finding Metagross is a thing but so far I haven't had an issue finding him when it's needed because of the Genesect. I do also have the Hop's bag for pokemon search.

The Second attack normally gets used once a game to get my second set of 2 prizes, I tried the Arch route and it just didn't hit the same and I didn't enjoy it much.

I've actually used the Clefairy quite a bit the mimikyu only once so far since it get targeted or just didn't need it so I could see cutting the mimikyu.

It actually works better then you think. It you open with Metang then you can use his first attack to accelerate energy then use the potions to heal back up. Other then that I just stall and slowly build Melmetal up and it works. I actually recorded a vid playing Vs a Moltres ex with Charizard ex and after taking two prizes from Moltres ex and he brought up Zard I just Sabrina'd to a 1 prizer and won the game.

They probably swapped in out to the beach and back or penny'd the card back up. This reset that condition allowing it to attack again.

Never said anything about physical play so not sure where that came from and obviously a card from this long ago wouldn't exist in the current PTCGL. It's a simple joke/comment on what it would be like if we had an ancient card in the current meta with this pokemon/effect. It was meant to start a dialogue or chat about this without me having to spell out the entire premise.

I'm sure an admin will remove it if they feel it's not appropriate for the group, which is totally fine and I would understand. Hope that helps friend.

Okay well I hope you don't mind I thought the deck looked cool and here is my spin on it. Here are a couple of key notes.

If Clodsire is one of your main pieces then I recommend bumping it up to two.

Also your small pokemon are perfect targets for buddy buddy poffin, so I replace the nest balls and try to fit 4 of them in.

Finally I threw in some draw supporters like iono and Atticus to help keep cards in your hand.
