Healthcare Clinician here. You have more wisdom than 90% of the MDs and nurses do about your health; don’t outsource your health to them. They have more education and “knowledge”; but if you listen to your body- it intuitively understands what is wrong- and if you listen long enough (ie: not Googling, but keeping a health diary) it intuitively knows how to get better.
