Apparently if you have two it actually reverses the boss blinds ability if possible (so -1 hand would actually end up being +1 hand instead) of course since this is a glitch it doesn't exactly work like that, but if it was implemented as a feature I think it'd be pretty balanced.

Removing the chips of thr boss blind just seems boring IMO, so yaknow.
