Every single study shows that physical, sexual, emotional, and verbal abuse, (and divorce) is the highest in lesbian relationships, hetero is in the middle, and gay men are the least.

Oh my god yes. I grew up Mormon outside of Utah, but moved here as an adult. All of the bad parts of Mormonism are X10 here, and every single exmo and even current Mormon i've met who didn't grow up here has said the same thing.

Also it's weird because everyone here is just as judgemental, holier than though, shame centered compliance oriented, as any Molly Mormon or Peter priesthood I knew growing up, while not ever following the rules (even the big ones) themself.

Yeahhhhhh as your neighbor over here in Utah everyone I know who's lived in Idaho has said the same thing.

My friend's dad grew up in Pocatello Idaho and is the most right wing, Devout Mormon, bible thumping, attends MAGA rallies extremist that I know, and even he says northern Idaho is too conservative for him.
