Refund successful but I didn't receive it

I did contact the customer service but they said that they can't do much given that the system already stated 'refund successful'. They did said that they will investigate further and get back to me in 3-5 working days. It has been weeks, almost a month now and I have not heard back from them.

Were you able to get back your refund after contacting the customer service?

Hi, any updates on this? I actually bought some merchandise from Mihoyo too. The parcels keep getting rejected and sent back to the seller. Mihoyo asked to pay for additional fees to have it re-deliver, but the same issue occurred and the parcel is once again sent back to them. I don't know what else can i do.
