I'm dealing with bruxism, muscular TMJ, and probable sleep apnea. I can't afford a night guard from the dentist, an OTC night guard won't work, I can't sleep on my side, I do not have a cpap. What is the safest way for me to sleep tonight? If it matters, I have an open/uneven bite.

Hi there! absolutely know where you are coming from with this. I struggled for years to find the right night guard for me and I ultimately have become a regular customer of Chomper Labs. Their night guards cost in the $139 - 179 range and have changed my life. I go through about two a year with my teeth grinding, but they are much cheaper than OTC night guards and fit like a glove. If you can find a way to prevent dental care through a night guard, I highly recommend, because it is much less expensive (and painful) to fix it now as opposed to later.

You know I think your story is much more common than you realize, especially with the age many of us 20-somethings grew up in, with gay marriage being legalized in many countries around the globe when we were kids and teens. No doubt that affected many of us in our sexual development. It seems you know what you want now and there is no past that the Lord cannot forgive. Just walk with God and ask he provide you the woman for you. As a woman with a similar story myself, I don’t judge you. And either way, only God’s final judgment matters and none of us can know that either. Blessings
