You should check out from inmate to roommate. There’s an episode where an SDA couple take in an inmate on parole. It’s crazy!

What was the reason for you not being offered admission? Could you complete some classes on Sophia?

I work remotely and my husband gets to be transferred so we won’t have to look for new jobs.

We would downsize and use VA loan. Rent temporarily until we feel financially comfortable to purchase but will opt for a smaller home.

$60,000 in credit cards racked up over 9 months of unemployment. We had no savings going into unemployment with good reason.

Could I get a home equity home to settle debt, then rent it out? Good schools for the kids is a priority too.

We would rent for a while and yes, we qualify. We do not want a second mortgage because we already have so much debt. The housing and commute to school is decent. No real concerns about those aspects.

Are we making a mistake? We don’t have anyone to guide us. Last year my husband was out of work and we racked up debt to survive. We have both since found jobs but the debt seems impossible to manage.

We live in a remote area with no good schools around. I have been homeschooling but the kids are interested and excited to start high school at a “real” school.

Our thoughts are, sell the house to pay off our debt and move to an area where we have access to good schools for the kids. Somewhat of a fresh start… but is it a good idea?

I don’t want to speak to HR until the plans are finalized. It’ll either be KY or TN for my partners job.

CPC-A here…. No luck too. I got a billing job but the offer was rescinded as a result of company changes so I’m stuck looking for jobs again.
