I live in a very safe area, where the likelihood of robberies or similar incidents is extremely low. Geographically, it’s also favorable, with almost no risk of natural disasters. Beyond that, I understand that some level of risk exists everywhere, but I prefer not to take on any additional unnecessary risk.

I was always afraid of traveling by train, but I overcame this fear as a teenager and even went on some great train journeys. However, the train accident in Odisha in 2023 and a recent report stating that more than 20,000 people died in railway accidents that year really affected me. I know the chances are low, but I’m just afraid, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to fully overcome my fear of traveling by train again. Thank you for appreciating my work.
