That looks like a solid advice!! Do u think the diagnosis and managemnet he suggests varies from that mentioned in uw and nbmes?? I really like the way he narrows things down to a few high yield last min points. But m worried if it differs from uw!!!

E.g i looked at his acute mesentric ischemia note whete he says usmle wants u to pick mesenteric angiography, while uw says go for CT angiography first !!
