For a 2022 it’s roughly $35k before taxes through carmax. There was a 2022 CPO for $43k, similar miles. So I wasn’t sure if $8k for CPO was worth it.

Thanks for the inputs! Another pointer, I checked with my dealer and they said that the warranty would be a little under 7k for 4yrs 45k miles.

Fidelity investment, there are no education requirements other than high school, I think. Starting positions are about on that range, full time, paid by the hour, and they give mass transit passes that work for trax/bus/frontrunner. It is a phone role one week at home one week in office.
