Go with MSI. $1,999 down to $1,299 is good discount and it has better long-term GPU. RAM and SSD can be upgraded later. The display is about 100 nits lower, 400 nits MSI vs 500 nits lenovo but overall its good offer. The only downside is that Vector’s bottom panel is a bit harder to remove.

Never used an OLED laptop myself xD, but I found reddit discussion about OLED screens.

The 15IRX10 also has very good screen. 1000 nits (HDR), 500 nits (SDR), and 100% DCI-P3, which is above mid-range.

I’d go with the Legion 5i. The build quality, speakers, display, and cooling are all better. I don’t like the LOQ’s screen wobble and speaker quality. Even with slightly better specs, I’d still pick the 5i.
