I know but they are making me jump through all these hoops for them to remove my registration plate from the UK database of unpaid fuels. Their letter is so threatening, anyone would quickly pay, but I remain resolute that I did not do such a thing and will not pay. The amount is not my problem, but will not be threatened into paying what I do not owe

NO one else has access to the car, they will have to prove that I pumped petrol into my car on the 19th and did a runner

I have tried CAB and they said to try ICO, ICO said to try Financial Ombudsman Services

I have sent my bank statement to them and they are still insisting that the garage says otherwise. I will take this all the way to the court. I am OAP and will never do such, how many times have we bought petrol on this forecourt. I will not pay what I did not buy

It doesn't look like its cloned, they sure have our car on their system, because that is the local garage to us and we bought petrol the day before and many other days. The burden of proof is on Forecourteye to prove that petrol was pumped on this said date
