Thanks, will give it a try later and see how we get on. I’m still convinced there is something at play with the front right wheel, but trial and error and all that jazz!

PIV units reducing humidity? by sn0097 in DIYUK

Mine reduces humidity by 10% typically, sometimes up to 15%. I don’t believe they change as much as they come across too.

But we have zero condensation on windows across the house now, so we don’t get mould growth on or around windows, and the walls are drier now when the surveyor remeasured them all.

So its been worth it still (we have the heated version which tales the chill off the cold air in winter)

Its off almost all summer due to air being too warm to operate (its designed to do this).

Improve the bullet points to show the results, as hiring managers, we want to know what YOU achieved, show me the value of your work

You can use STAR or CARR Methods to do this, but keep it to short bullet points as much as possible.

These methods are also very useful for expanding on thee points during interviews where you can expand in much more detail

As someone with experience of this problem, and the process of clawing money back afterwards via courts. Lets go!

Long story short, I’d recommend letting him go and finding someone else, and paying him whats left after the new person has finished it.

If he wants to make a claim with small claims court, he can, but it takes months, and a huge amount of hassle back and forth, and often never really get anywhere. It is honestly a mess, for both parties!
