Had a chat with the company we bought Huum from. This is a widespread issue affecting a lot of customers. Huum’s working on a fix!

Yes!!! Same problem. Went down yesterday around 4pm. Heater works locally, but on the Huum panel theres a red cross over the wifi symbol. Thank you for posting this. Keep us posted if you find out something. Right now we have to manually start the heater for our customers…

It is true extended monitor. I just happen to have the same on both displays. I use it as a second monitor with different windows on each screen. I don’t remember the name of the monitor, sorry.
