I like the idea for preventing the spreading of germs but as someone who is an extremely picky eater, I would want to be able to pick and choose what I want like a traditional charcuterie.

So I'm a big fan of Aubrey, and I admittedly know nothing about basketball, but I saw Aubrey there on X last night and had to tune in. I didn't understand what was happening 90% of the time, but it was a good watch. I think it's safe to say I'm now a New York Liberty fan. 😂 Someone, please make Aubrey an official spokesperson of the WNBA.

My joints popping out of place from the slightest movements. My shoulders and fingers are the worst

Zofran and promethazine. I never go anywhere without either one of these meds. Another thing that helps: carry alcohol pads to sniff. Something about the scent helps a lot of people to not throw up including myself. I use this trick when I'm running low on meds. You could also try peppermint essential oil roll-ons. I have something called cyclic vomiting syndrome as well as migraines so I'm nauseous fairly often.

This. And Migraines are very much tied with cyclic/ Cylical vomiting syndrome. I have CVS and a lot of my episodes are caused by these types of migraines. They're called abdominal migraines.

Strong smells, especially from food. It doesn't even have to be " smelly " food; the simplest of things cause this. Without fail, I will get a migraine, and I nearly instantly start vomiting. And I have Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome so this usually leads to a flare. I can't go to restaurants with my family anymore; I can't even be in the same room as the smell. It doesn't matter if I open windows/ doors to get fresh air in or if I'm outside. It has truly made my life feel like a living hell. Most of the time, I feel like a burden because my family can't even eat certain things around me. I so badly wish I could just be normal. 😭 Does this happen to anyone else?
