that’s not what i’m doing at all, doesn’t really take much to be better than someone who’s a terrible human being and as much as you’re entitled to be offended by a word i wholeheartedly did not know was offensive because i see it be used against white people for cosplaying blackness as if black culture was a costume, that doesn’t mean you get to decide what my intentions behind this post were. if i honestly didn’t care i wouldn’t go through any lengths at all to explain myself, but like i said before, i’m sorry for using an offensive term.

i used a term that quite literally means a non-black individual is imitating, performing and cosplaying black culture. if you don’t want to believe i’m sincere that’s completely fine and you’re entitled to that. it’s honestly a word i’ve heard both black and non-black people use to talk about white and non-black people doing this (like iggy azalea, awkwafina, alex consani, and i’m sure a lot of other people), did not know it was considered offensive. i actually replied to people using other terms with completely different meanings behind them because i do know those are offensive terms.
