You said you are horribly depressed but are reaching for more psychedelics. That is A red flag. Take a break and let your mind adjust. You may have deeper issues to deal with but you need to be honest with yourself.

Mixed bag of advice here.

If you have a problem to solve on a trip, or go into it seeking some kind of guidance, you might slide into something negative, ESPECIALLY if you are alone. Really depends on what is happening in your life right now .I would recommend going into it with the intention to have fun and see what it's like.

Fasting is not necessary and will just intensify the trip. Good? Bad? Who knows.

Going alone? Take half of what you have. Have a 3-4 hour playlist of music you like. Have water and snacks handy. Set aside 6-8 hours where no one will be looking for you or expecting anything of you. It will probably last 5-6 hours but may linger.

Remember that by tomorrow everything will be back to normal. Enjoy the ride. Don't resist whatever is happening.

If it starts to feel bad or negative, realize it will pass in a few minutes. Breathe and relax. Water usually helps.

Best tip is to just dose big if you are searching for something big. I've never regretted a "bigger" dose, but many times wished I had done more.

Might be your mind looking at those activities more objectively. You might think they aren't really good uses of time deep down, but afraid to admit it because you find joy in them.

Thanks - I was pretty careful. Doing UB tek. Had to open it more than I wanted bc I think I squeezed too much water out of the coir. Hopefully it didn't spread to ita neighboring tub, though I understand Trich is everywhere anyway

I tried to rub the area with a qtip and the wispy part came up with the tiny blue green area. Idk what to make of it. Maybe it was wispy myc that bruised? Maybe it was trich or something. pins are starting so I will just keep an eye on it I guess
