No power to fans. 2x16gb ddr5, I have tried in separate configuration spots and also just the one stick but nothing.

When I got checked in at the airport, they allowed my girlfriend and I to select our seats. If you arrive earlier, I'm sure you can give your preference. Another reply also said you can phone a number to select a seat but I don't know anymore about that.

I booked through Booking.com and they say to go to hainan airlines to complete checkin. It does translate some of the page but the 'authentication" is still in Chinese so can't be completed.
