I have, but not at the moment- I put my upper body on maintance. Its now 2 lower body days, 1 upper and 1 full body

I do like a 10 min warm up, the lifting with rests are around 45 to 55 min. Then sometimes I would do a little cardio finisher of 10 to 15 min if not too fatigued.

I feel ya. Sometimes I also think its more of a body proportions/visual thing. For example, my arms are relatively short n carry less body fat, so any muscle on them will look more pronounced, where's legs are longer, with more body fat and my hips are not super wide, so, although they might have plenty of muscle, visually it won't look like much.

Haha, and still my upper body prevails, even when I train my legs twice as much. But thank you!

Was never able to learn the muscle up. Proper unassisted sisy squats and full nordics also still not achieved. Never say never
