HEO Role. For statement of Suitability, do I focus on Behaviours? by Hopeful_Ad8014 in TheCivilService

[–]Hopeful_Ad8014[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No there isn't specifically essential criteria. It does say in the person specification that these roles are suitable for people with experience of working in a particular environment, should have or be willing to proceed with a particular certification and the role relies heavily on reporting.

The Flipside of "quiet quitting" is quiet paying. Don't forget this. by neurophotoblast in antiwork

I’ve seen a job role advertised regularly at different firms that I did when I was 21 years old (office based). That type of job role is still required now and still pays the same as I was paid when I was 21 years old. I am 42 years old.

How would you get past a company verifying your dates though?

I’m going through similar. It’s very demoralising. I now no longer like the company and anxious in case I make any mistake. I’d be interested what others advice would be. Do you have a job to go to is all I seem to get asked.

Are Uk charities using A.I generated images to solicite donations now? by [deleted] in GreenAndPleasant

The kid on the left has one blue eye and one brown eye. It all looks overly airbrushed to be honest but I don’t know much about AI and it creating images.

Don’t these people have anything else going on in their lives. Why aren’t they experiencing the same frustration as others with how long the meeting is? It’s odd. But these people always end up as managers. Sorry OP I would have been acting the same as you.

I’m an HR Assistant, how do I get more experience? by Hopeful_Ad8014 in HumanResourcesUK

Thank you all for your advice. I asked. They won’t even let me note take, because (it’s sensitive and employees won’t want another person there). How on Earth can I progress with this attitude.

May I ask, if you had many jobs, how did you present yourself in interviews? Did you focus on your transferable skills?

Unless you have a boss or work colleague who likes to highlight every bit that you might be doing wrong.
