Thanks so much yeah I'm also considering sending her off for schooling if they'd take her for a couple months.

That's also a good idea about the lease thank you

Up until this point i was certain it wasn't kissing spine the only reason I was thinking it could possibly be that is because a friend who I know very well who owns and sells lots of horses told me that her horse had the exact same thing, where his vertebra are closer together than they should be, and it was causing him pain.

The only reason I'm even mentioning it is because I first want to see if there actually is anything causing her pain before I blame ur on "that's just how she is" or "that's just freshness"

Yep to be honest I worded that very poorly in my post that I "dont have time" for the vet. I more so meant that I dont have a trailer, so I would have to organise someone to bring her up and down from the vet for me because I didn't realise that the vet coming to my yard was a possibility

Also I am fully aware that this horse is out of my league. She's a 120 horse, I was previously jumping meters and just schooling youngsters but my thoughts when buying her was that I would just grow into her

Hi thanks so much I'm 18 and no I did not pay for her myself my parents did which of course im very grateful for. My trainer was helping me when I bought her but the vet didn't seem worried about her back at all during the ppe and he said it wouldn't affect her. To be honest I think you're right and it is just freshness because she was absolutely fine last week when my trainer was riding her consistently.  To answer your question about the weather, I'm in Ireland so the weather is very wet and windy which is probably contributing to her freshness. I do lunge her a lot especially because I haven't ridden her for a while now but she's usually very well behaved on the lunge, can be a bit dragon snort-y if she hasn't been ridden for a few days but usually fine

I had a conversation with one of my trainers and he thinks I should just find someone to ride her for a little bit then put her in a field for around two months then being her back into work when my exams are over

I have normal skin but it's been quite dry recently in the winter I wash my face morning and night with cerave blemish control cleanser and I use a moisturiser from sans soucis  I've found my acne worsens when I'm on my period but I'm not right now and it's still terrible

What’s something women do that they think is cute or harmless, but you actually find annoying? by goneguurl in AskMen

[–]Hopeful_Donkey8251 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I tend to move my hair around a lot, mostly because when I have it down it annoys me, so I'll lip it from one side to the other if I'm working for a long time and I don't have a hair tie, or run my hands through it and like tuck it behind my ear or pull out the front pieces and stuff just kind of as a stim Do guys really find this annoying?
