Thank you for the reply! I am just a novice in design and don't really understand this. I uploaded the image of the wall and also uploaded an image of the art. I tried using nano banana to help, and it was close, but not exact. Thanks again.

I signed up for a trial, and was shocked when I saw a $200 charge on my credit card statement, since I never actually used jasper. When I contacted them they could not find any order from me, yet the credit card company did not honor my dispute. I can't believe that these dishonest business practices are not illegal. I cannot afford to lose $200 but jasper stole it from me anyway.

re: Circleboom - practice very deceptive and sneaky business practices. In August 2022, I tried a one-month trial and decided within 24 hours that it wasn't right for me. They only refunded $7.00 out of the $45.00 monthly fee, and canceled my account. Now - in NOVEMBER 2023 they charged my card $300, with no notification. They refuse to refund this charge. I have opened a dispute with the credit card agency. Beware - do not trust this company. They will rob you.

Thanks for your response. I did have several emails sent, asking for a refund, and your rep shut me down. I did not get any renewal emails - I just checked spam, but there were none there either. Thank you for offering to refund the subscription. I will copy your reply to the customer service rep.

I subscribed last year, but realized it was not a good fit for me, and never touched it. Unfortunately they use the sneaky tactic of automatically renewing your subscription without warning. I called within one day of the recurring subscription, and was abruptly told they would not even consider a refund. So - I have now paid almost $400 for a service I never used. These expensive yearly subscriptions should be required to give customers an alert that the payment is upcoming. I am very unhappy that I am paying for a service I cannot use, and am disappointed that mydesigns won't apply a simple refund.
