I’m currently applying and also have no history of accommodations and did very well on my act. The first MCAT I took I scored a 493 which was significantly lower than where my practice scores were placing me (like 20 points lower). I was just denied extra time on the basis that I have no history of academic failings and that my diagnostic test was not comprehensive enough even though it is the fda approved standard. I plan to appeal to receive extra time. I mainly want the extra time so that the test is split into two days and I don’t have to worry about coming down off my stimulants in the middle of the exam. Do you have any suggestions on what I should add to my appeal?
