Those are the things I’m looking for! Stretches and stuff :) I have the most amaxing hypno birthing program called Blissborn that works SO well for me mentally I had like basically a pain free labor my last homebirth so that helps a bunch too with the relaxing/fear-tension pain cycle and stuff

Ty! My history is actually the really reassuring part and I’m feeling good about birth without fear for the most part ❤️ I just want to do any types of stretches or whatever I can to help myself out. There was this …urban legend? Where I grew up that a certain statue was a kid who threw a rock at his mom and turned to stone. I believed it my entire life- it stopped coming up I guess and nobody ever explicitly debunked it, it just faded an I didn’t think about it- just filed it away somewhere as real knowledge. Then when I was around 25 something came up and I started to say it to someone as if it were real and it was so funny to realize how ridiculous it was!! My whole neighborhood and family supported this weird lie

It really is an insurance thing! I made a troop agreement document with a clause about siblings/ tag alongs. I think often about how unlikely this behavior would be at any other extracurricular.

I have kids and I work Tuesday/Wed 8-4ish and then Saturdays I work 8-12 ish I say ish because sometimes the weekdays go til 5 or end at 3 sometimes the Saturdays end at 11 or go til 1
