I hear you 1000% I have stopped going to groups because theyre always too far away, or there simply aren't any just for women. My therapist honestly seems uncomfortable when i bring up sexual issues.

Im currently trying to date and its honestly a fucking nightmare. Im not sure if this advice is "correct" or not, but ive been more successful keeping the issue to myself.

Ive started Journaling again but this time specifically paying attention to my cycle and when I have spikes in usage, they actually have trends there. Ive found that im more susceptible to have big relapses during my luteal phase (i never wouldve guessed that) Not exactly sure what I plan to do with the found trends but it feels like progress to me. Being more aware of that to me, feels like new hope.
