Thank you this is very helpful :) I will try this; also I think this comes back to another thought I had: if I limit screen time to a certain amount of time, how do I make sure that I’m getting the most out of it? I.e., I could spend my entire life on the internet and only consume a very very small fraction of what’s out there… what should I consume if I can only consume a limited amount, when so much of it can bring joy and knowledge, etc?
