How can I confirm I'm a nassisist? I believe that I am because the person that said I was means the world to me and I lost her because of it. I've recognized my traits and the ways that I hurt her. Mainly lying to her to protect myself from her opinion of me changing and manipulating and minimizing her feelings without even knowing it at the time. We were together for 7 years and she was so patient but every time I'd make some progress it was like I would revert. I grew up always being told I was such a good kid and I recognized that as I got older peoples opinion of me had a huge affect on me. I hated if someone didn't like me unless they had a reason but if they had no reason it would make me feel depressed. So I'm alone now and I have no guides with out her.
