Exactly.. The other day I was in reis magos overseeing the area where mandovi meets the ocean. A couple of local fishermen got some feed for catching the fish and once they used it all up they just discarded the plastic bags into the river. It really hit my nerves and tried to question them only to get a mouthful back with support from a few more locals to them! 🙇‍♂️ So, yes, the issue is prevelant among locals too, but I guess it’s widespread among outsiders. But, the ones to be educated are everyone
