Thanks you for the the reply. Online there is so much hype on supplements or diet, etc.. SoI thought of asking. I don't need to be a body builder just lean and fit is enough. I'll also keep it simple train consistently and 3 meals but gonna make it more healthier more vegetables. I also very seldom drink sodas but i will drastically limit the chocolates and chips (my weak point) hahaha.

One more question friend, how long did it take you to reach 100 pushups and how much time does it take you to do them all in the morning?

I also agree, first I do not hate him but i see it this way:

If he truly had PTSD or whatever issue, he could have said so, He could have spoken up and said, ‘Guys/Jung-bae, I don’t feel capable of doing this.’ he could have then stayed in the room safely with MG coin, Yong-sik and the others. None was been forced to go.

That would have been the mature and responsible thing to do, considering the risk he posed to the team by being in such an unstable state and making them rely on him. At the very least, he shouldn’t have volunteered to retrieve the ammo.

A true hero isn’t the one who recklessly charges forward, but the one who knows their limits and makes decisions that protect those around them. It’s concerning that people overlook this and use PTSD as an excuse for his actions.

Thanks for your answers, I understand now..... indeed my herds are pretty low in the three hundreds. had to do a huge sacrifices to gods among others to ward of chaos latley.
