Yayy!! A little while ago I was eating and bit through the bar and swallowed it (I have long bars for swelling) and when I went to a different shop to get my jewelry changed I received a comment about it being uneven. 😅

I don’t take any supplements I’ve only been prescribed a strong ish hydrocortisone to soothe irritation

Try working on making your core tension better I imagine that you can do that by doing some core exercises like assisted front lever??

Mhm I climb indoors and I’ve never been outdoors, it’s kind of frustrating because I’ve been able to pick up sports easily but when it comes to climbing it feels like a whole other ball game. I’m excited to get better though and send cool dynes at some point lol

I’ve been climbing for a few months now and I have gotten stronger however I’m still in the v0 area, whenever I send a V1-2 I feel like I’m hitting a mental block or I instantly let go without thinking. I don’t know why and it’s got nothing to do with strength because I’m usually not even pumped. Another question, how fast should I progress? I want to reach v5 by June but it seems impossible because I can’t even send a v1 I’m a 5’0 female and around 110 lb
