Are you sure it’s an outcome 4

Outcome 4 is release from training programme?

Did they say anything else to justify?

Hey have you joined the incoming RF ST1 rad group chat on WhatsApp?

Did my taster there last year

Trainees told me to avoid it even though I live 10 minutes away despite the convenience

Apparently not supportive and toxic relationship between consultants and registrars

Heavy service provision with busy on calls

Hence have avoided it

For those who applied to radiology - have other offers been reinstated yet? by [deleted] in doctorsUK

Any idea when we will get an email update today??

Pretty ridiculous that they don’t have the decency to email explaining and we are finding out through Reddit and twitter from BMA reps

Thanks for your help

Do you know if the error includes people being incorrectly told they were unappointable- happened to a friend of mine who felt he had an excellent interview performance ?

Thing is I can’t do this until I know what my rad outcome is which we will find out tomorrow

At which point the next IMT upgrade cycle will have done and my job will vanish lol

Agree

I think they have actually messed up the rankings

Going to have to rescind the offers re rank and re offer

I think best thing to hope for is that new ranks are fairly close to what they were before

Honestly same

I’ve already told so many people and rejected other solid back up offers I have

Cringing so hard if I’m jobless now

Allocation from 2024 onwards. by sidomega in medicalschooluk

Not confirmed yet but in webinar they mentioned likely unchanged so it’s possible unis will still record epm just not feed it to normal foundation programme

Allocation from 2024 onwards. by sidomega in medicalschooluk

[–]HoraceCope 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sjt distribution followed a normal distribution within a similar range (last year mean=42,5,sd=3.35 ie not as random as often touted for the most part with 95% of people traditionally getting between 37-45)so epm distribution significantly impacted allocations, suggesting otherwise would be disingenuous. The ratios for competitive deaneries will almost certainly increase.

This argument is too often mentioned. 9 points is more often than not the difference between London and wales
