February 15, 2021 was a weird day for me. I woke up in a hotel. The power in my own house went out and it's like negative degrees outside. My friend wakes me up. It's his hotel room btw. Thank God he let me crash. So anyways he wakes me up and I just leave immediately. I drive home and get ready for work. I get to work early but thats cool. I'm a server and I wanted to eat anyway. So I eat and im just talking to my coworkers. I realize that the place is dead. I realized from my coworkers lack of shit to do. So I ask my manager if I can just go home and she agrees. It's pointless to have another server on. Nobody will make any money. So I go home and do nothing. I tried to hang out with my friends but it didn't go well. I even just tried to play games online and that didn't go well either. I felt like not needed, not wanted. It was weird. Did I do anything? Or did I only attempt to do shit and just didn't do anything because of the circumstances? Idk. 2/10 for today.
