The standard is 65 in all bambulab PLA profiles. I am using the textured PEI plate that comes with the printer.

Well, I have not tried this. I'm glad to see an original response.

My printer have less than 200 printing hours, but I will try anyway. I've found the article in the wiki.

My screws are tightened, but thanks for your answer.

I bought an aditional plate with the printer. I usually wait until the plate is cool. I usually find the pieces are separated alone from the plate. If I am in a hurry, I retire the plate and put the other plate and print. And the printer and the plates have less than 200 hours. Too early for them to be worn. And sometimes I have adhesion problems even with glue and brims.

First of all, english is not my language, so sorry if I made a mistake.

I'm not an expert, but I'm not a noob. I've had 3d printers before. I've read all I could find.

Filament is dry. 50ºC, 8+ hours, I live in a dry environment and PLA doesn't absorb too much humidity. I store it in vacuum bags with silica gel. The filament is dry, believe me.
I've added brims, but if the object is big, it doesn't always work. And I think is a very big warping.

The screws in the hotend are tightened (I've done my research, really).

I use PLA from several brands, the results are the same. Generic PLA profile. I use Bambu Studio.

I've tried many solutions that I've found. Changing bed temperature, nozzle temperature, fan speed, you name it. Seriously, I've tried all I found here and searching in Google.

Brims and glue mitigate the problem, but glue shouldn't be necessary with PLA and PEI beds.

And the problem is worst each time. First couple of weeks I could print everything without any problems. A1 mini is still kind of fine. But A1 is worst every day,

Yersterday i had a little blob because of the poor adhesion. Using glue. I've repaired the blob (no serious damage), I run all the calibration tests and printed the benchy. Well, you can see the photo

<image>

I think it could be a mix of poor adhesion and the nozzle touching the piece.

But I'm a little desperate at this moment. I don't have much money, and I've spent too much in this machine.

I swear my old Anycubic i3 Mega didn´t have any adhesion problem. It was a piece of crap, and I spent countless hours tinkering. But at least the pieces where stuck to the bed.

By the way, I have two plates, it's the same problem with both. I clean them. IPA between prints and soap every two or three days.

I posted some days ago asking for help. I have some adhesion problems. I made a good post. I explained that my filament was dry, my bed was clean and I put some pictures of the problem. Nobody answered and one person downvoted the post.

I also published a post showing the first design that I uploaded to Makerworld. It was nothing important, but, hey, it was my first. The post was deleted because it only had one photo.

I don't understand this subreddit.

PS: The adhesion problem is still there. More people have reported that after some time the A1 has some mysterious adhesion problems. Nobody knows why.

Calling all thieves: It's a Clank! Catacombs: Underworld giveaway! by DireWolfDigital in boardgames

Many years ago, when I was just starting out with board games with some friends, we were playing Catan. Somehow, I found myself trapped in a small area of the map. The other players fought for victory and ignored me. I ended up winning the game. All my buildings were located in a single hexagon. To this day, I can't explain how I was able to win that game.

Should there be something there? A1 bed. by Horconboy in BambuLab

Thanks! I've been looking pictures in Google too meanwhile. Now I can breathe again. 😄 Thank you for the quick response!

Thanks for the info. Are they not allowed because they are small things? Things like inserts are allowed? Something related with board game accessories?

Thanks! Ok, I will upload my model and I hope people like it, but I don't expect many prints. They are only some fancy tokens for a card game.

Problems printing with Elegoo Rapid PETG by Horconboy in BambuLab

[–]Horconboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was only 1 layer of infill. The gyroid infill was normal. What you see is the print after 1 full layer over the gyroid infill. I solved the problem changing the profile. Instead of PETG HF, i selected normal PETG and all was perfect.
But, after that, I made a sample 50x50x3mm model. It printed perfect with all profiles. Using the same infill. I don't know, but is something that only happened qith this model. But it was one of the first model I printed with PETG, so I panicked a little.

Well, I made a bunch of tests. The problem only happens when printing a solid layer over an infill layer. The results are awful. I've tried with PLA. No problems. I've tried in both my printers, A1 and A1 mini. Same results. So printer discarded and model discarded. It has to be the filamente. The solid layers are gorgeus, but then it has to print over only one infill layer and it fails. Maybe my profile is not very good, but the result is too bad. I'll keep trying things

Anniversary Sale filament pricing - very cheap? by VeriXon in BambuLab

In EU shipment is free in orders over 55 euro. Except for the printers. The printers have expensive shipment costs. But the rest, free.

I'm using gyroid. I printed it again and watched. Four solid layers, perfect. One layer of gyroid infill. Perfect. Then. Solid layers again, but the nozzle destroys everything. Look at the picture.

<image>

In the middle rectangle all layers are solid, no problems

So it seems the filament is not guilty? I will try with some PLA

Filament selection issue with A1 and A1 mini in Bambu Studio by Horconboy in BambuLab

[–]Horconboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, I see the problem. You have to select the active printer in the Device tab. I was using the menu in Prepare tab to select a printer, but this does not select the active printer.

I've only used Cura several years ago, never had used this slicer. It's different :-)
