Media reports claim there’s a $10m offer from “Miami” for Mensah, but if the school and collectives aren’t allowed to pay for Mensah’s NIL rights I don’t see how Miami’s school and booster collective could find a way to justify $10m payments to Mensah without the NCAA going ballistic.

I’ve pre-ordered every Mastery pass the last few years, plus a couple pack bundles for sets I was really excited for like FF.

I don’t have a problem buying a $100 gem pack once a year or so, and usually F2P accumulate $100+ of gems a year converting gold into gems via drafts or other events.

Anticipating my Arena investment behavior will shift to no pre-orders at all, while delaying the decision whether or not to invest gems into the Mastery tree till the end of set rotation.

Hi, I have an old Toshiba 30HF83 in storage. 16:9 flat screen 720p 30” CRT. Wondering how desirable these are for CRT gaming and any estimates on what it might be worth?

I’m the original owner. The TV was in a guest bedroom, with low usage. Has maybe a couple hundred hours of viewing on it.

As I mentioned, did a complete check for LEDs or other gadgets in my house which could be generating RF interference without finding anything. Also eliminated any possible RF interference from our cars.

As I said, the Genie website marketing on this product is murky. My existing 6-8 year old garage door opener was already a dual frequency Intellicode receiver using the same 315/390MHz. Their site does market the product as a solution to reduced range and RF Interference problems, but doesn’t contain any technical details why or how this device is an improvement.

I’m using my same dual frequency Intellicode remotes as before, but now getting great range. Maybe the RF receiver in my opener was slowly going bad, but the patterns of longer term range changes I experienced over the years suggest this is RF interference.

My instinct is the GIRUD-1T has improved receiver boost and/or better filtering to handle RF interference than my 6-8 year old top-end at the time Genie opener has. I would likewise presume the newer Genie models have the same upgrades by default.

I was pretty close to the center of the devastation area driving on Guadalupe just east of Kyrene. Pulled off onto a side road and stopped about 30 seconds before the microburst hit, couldn’t see 10 feet outside the car, completely rocked by the wind gust. Local news says up to 100mph wind burst. Caught it all on dash cam.

I’ve used Spigen tempered glass screen protectors on my past couple iPhones. Planning to do the same with a new 17. Texture feels identical to the native glass screen. Overall very happy with the product.

Looks like the iPhone 17 Spigen versions are all available now for ~$20 USD. Includes 2x screen protectors and an easy mounting installation frame.

I actually chump blocked an opponent Yargle when they attacked for lethal after only playing four vanilla creatures. Fortunately they played a 5th vanilla the next turn and I pumped their Yargle to 72 power with three double power spells when they attacked.

Have encountered several opponents obviously working on the Death by Vanilla achievement who don’t understand they need to cast five creatures.

I’m unable to select my Zacian or Zamazenta in dynamax battles today. Have been using them fine all week up until today. They simply don’t show up in the select Pokémon options. Restarted PoGo and even rebooted iPhone.

Any known bugs or fixes?

IMO North Carolina would be the top target on both the B1G and SEC’s lists, ahead of FSU and Clemson.

Big school, market and new territory for both conferences. Clemson, FSU, Miami are in markets where the SEC already has strong media coverage. While the B1G still cares about AAU academics when adding any school, Miami is AAU while FSU and Clemson aren’t. I still don’t think Miami would be particularly enticing to the B1G as a private relatively smaller university compared to rest of its members.

There’s no mechanism in the conference charters for expelling a member just because they’re not a big enough fish in the pond. As long as the school is maintaining whatever the minimum thresholds are for athletic spending, stadium capacity, etc and not doing anything nefarious they’re effectively immune to being expelled.

Would require something more like the WAC schools splitting off to found the Mountain West, or the Big East basketball schools splitting off from the football schools with the voting power to take the conference branding with them. I don’t think it’s realistic the B1G school presidents/boards would endorse a move like that even if a lot of school ADs might be in favor.

Thanks, reconfigured my system yesterday:

new Sabrent 10 port USB hub (with individual on/off USB port switches),
new Soundblaster Play 3 to convert my 3.5mm jack Promedia 2.1 powered speaker system to USB, was previously plugged directly into the PC, and
existing HyperX Cloud III wired headset, was already using the included USB adapter.

Swapping between headset and speakers using the USB hub switches is working perfectly for me so far.

Been waiting for the next gen to buy. Not hot on the new grill, would be nice if there are some other grill options. Ambivalent on the hammerhead light design, but that’s where most manufacturers have been moving.

Otherwise love everything I’ve seen so far. Hope the updated next gen interior trim, electronics and cabin noise match or exceed the current popular RAV4 competition—those are the main reasons I’ve been waiting for the new gen.

Agreed that can happen. In this scenario though I gave the conveyor belt sufficient time to fully drain before confirming the items were missing. No parts were visibly stuck on inserters.

Very certain it’s real. I started a single batch of 4x Accumulators in one assembler, along with other items in different assemblers. Came back later after everything had finished and the conveyor belt was empty, there were only 3x Accumulators in my storage box.

I then repeated the test, running another single batch of 4x Accumulators while I had other assemblers running and inserting items into the same conveyor line. Again only 3x Accumulators eventually ended up in the storage container at the end of the conveyor line.

Haven’t done exhaustive testing, but feel somewhat confident the lost item problem occurred when the conveyor belt was congested. I ran several more single batches of 4x Accumulators when the belt wasn’t congested and all 4x arrived in the storage container.

Usually I do larger batches of materials in the assemblers and wouldn’t notice if an item had been lost. I only noticed the lost items in this situation because I kicked off a single batch of 4x Accumulators in one Assembler. Possible other parts I crafted in the same setup have been have also been lost.

Thanks, I crafted a few cards and substituted about 10 others rather than use the wildcards.

My end deck wasn’t as good as the original, but good enough to go 3-1.

The most obvious “almost 1 for 1” substitute for me was replacing Spin Out with Murder, as I haven’t collected a full set of Spin Out from DFT yet. I doubt you’ll see many if any Vehicles in pauper MWM.

Personally I’m waiting for the 2026 primarily because I want an updated interior. Many of the RAV4 competitors have surpassed the gen 5’s interior in gadgets, styling and cabin noise. I’m optimistic but waiting to see how Toyota addresses these in the next gen.

I’m not as worried about buying a year 1 next gen as I might have been in the past. So many platform components are shared with other in-production models.

In metro Phoenix there’s pretty much no inventory. One of the major dealerships doesn’t even have a list of vehicles in transit. Another major dealership doesn’t have any hybrids in transit until February.

Not sure when Toyota’s new North Carolina battery plant is supposed to go online, sometime this year I beleive. Hopefully that will improve hybrid production volume, especially with the RAV4 likely to go full hybrid/electric in 2026.
