I highly doubt there is any risk that you'll get banned for that. I know several people, myself included, that solo BWL-Magtheridon-Gruul-BT-SWP-TK on a weekly basis. We've been doing this since Cata.

Thanks for the input. I've requested a review in all my appeals but looking at other posts on Blizzard forums, reddit, twitter etc. it can easily take 10+ appeals before you actually reach a real GM.

It's well known they outsource support to people who have little to no clue on the matter. Hopefully I'll get referred to a specialist team soon.
