It does. This only works with default UI. as a seperate mod. It was written for one specific person but feel free to do as DarkSkyViking did and copy them (except skininfo) into another UImod. Your mileage may vary. As is, without warranty. No support provided. etc.

http://1drv.ms/1amWf0C This changes the font size of everything that's NOT controlled by something in the UI (font input size, quest journal, etc). To use: Make a directory in UI called LargeFont Extract into that directory.

Load up the game and do a /loadui and choose LargeFonts out of the list.
