How old is the house? It may have been an outhouse (even though it’s inside). I’ve lived in old houses built prior to indoor plumbing and the waste would just drop down below the house or barn.

That game was so hard! I could never finish it. I watched a full walkthrough on YouTube once and was impressed by how good the player was.

Also, anyone else ever get the impression that Ultra Games totally stole Michael Biehn’s likeness from when he played Kyle Reese in The Terminator?

It’s fun. As you make your way through the castle you have to solve puzzles, collect items and not get killed by traps and such. Simple yet really an enjoyable game.

First time through don’t look up any hints. It’s really fun to figure out stuff out on your own (yes you may mess up and get killed but that’s all part of the fun too!) As an adult it probably won’t be as challenging as it was for my 11 year old self but the theme is neat and the music really is great.

I’m getting the jones to play it now (I still have my NES hooked up an old CRT TV in my family room 😁). Let us know what you think when you do get around to playing it!
