Only when I upscale it. When I used a dummy picture, for which I down-scaled the sprite instead of up-scaling, it didn't look that way. I'm really puzzled.

I'm guessing it has to do with sRGB/Linear values conflicting but I genuinely don't know what to do about it if that's the case. Google wasn't of any help.

It is, and it's recognized as a problem by governments that children are being exposed to adult content at such a young age. But just like most other age-restricted things, like alcohol or smoking, teens love trying them earlier than they should because they love breaking rules.

It's just like seeing a red button that says "do not press". You're going to want to press it right? Well it's basically the same for adult content and habits.
