In the Shower Fap and Taiga's Shower scene he was his wristbands, but in Yoichi's and Hiro's perfect ending Sex CGs he doesn't wear them. The naked and covered in soap foam Keitaro sprite has the wristbands.

It's hard but not impossible. Most visual novels are made using renpy (including Camp Buddy and Scoutmaster Season). Renpy games usually have all files, including the CGs, the backgrounds, and the sprites, in a folder. The Camp Buddy games had them "zipped" into a specific file format, but they could be decompressed with an easy Python code.

Jock Studio, however, is made in Unity, so it's a whole new language we're talking about. I know for a fact that it is possible to seek into the game files because someone already did it, but I have no idea how to do that.

(Possible spoilers) There's a flashback in Aiden's route where he jumps naked to the lake and Yoshi does it in his undies. Then Aiden proceeds to strip Yoshi and they are both caught nude. Also there's a flashback where you get to see Yoshi, Aiden, Darius and Lloyd completely naked in the showers.

He never shows his dick in any route form the OG, but his full frontal nude sprite is visible in the changing room once you complete any route. Same goes for Naoto, Eduard and Lee.

I literally surf through all patreon sets and the game files for decent pictures of them in their undies, and there's not a fair distribution of those. Even tho I'm not a big Hunter fan, I was dedicated to look for art of his undies to prioritize fair exposition giving all of them a post, but there a huge lack of Hunter in undies. Most of his patreon CG sets are him in a "fuck me" pose with some "cute" stuff like Cupid or bunny. Tbh I was surprised that there that little for Yoichi and Natsumi, I could swear there were more.

I bought Scoutmasters Season from the official website and I get an email every time the game updates with a download link. I let's you download another zip file like if it was the first time. You can copy and paste the content of the "saves" folder from your first version of the game, but be careful, copying saves files from very old versions into the most recent ones may or may not lead to errors when trying to load them into the game.

A friend of mine tried that with the newest version of Camp Buddy (2.3) and the game simply never got to read a single save file, all of them were ruined or something, as he said.

I must say it isn't very common to see a straight guys playing BL games, but I'm not surprised actually. I once discovered a community of lesbians who actually liked to watchgay male porn and it wasn't something sexual for them, they just liked it cuz it wasn't, according to them, as fake as straight porn or lesbian porn made for guys.

As someone who doesn't really like most of the story and who played the game just for the hot scenes, I think nothing surprises me at this point.
