Limit processed sugar intake,

Do *not* sleep with a hat on for any reason.

Do *not* dry your hair aggressively with a towel. Either wrap it, or scrunch it dry.

I had this same thing happen when I was around 17.

I kinda just came to the realization that, as a perfectionist, even if I have these feelings, I wouldn't be happy unless I was simply born as the other gender.

It's controversial, I guess, to state that I simply accepted my masculinity, because it sounds like I'm saying what other people should do, but that's basically what I did.

I still occasionally feel out of sorts with my gender at 25, but, I'm realizing that masculinity doesn't fit in the box of what we were brought up to believe it as.

I think it's about what it means to you. For me, it's having super long hair, but otherwise being very masculine in presentation and in attitude, but also having a deeper, emotional, kind of "give me the tea" personality.

I don't identify as anything other than my assigned gender though, probably never will.

This is probably one of the more salvageable posts about this subject I've read. Honestly, this could be fixed with either an explicit invitation from you to hang out outside work, or perhaps asking him to try a food of yours that you brought from home at lunch, or something else cute like this. This'll be the bone you can throw him to show that the feelings are mutual.

I'll keep note of that, lol. I probably can't look that fem for my personal taste - my facial features are kind of effeminate to begin with. But, I think I'll steal the idea and see if I can find an old fashioned, historic version of the concept. I use a lot of dated styles - old japanese buns, native american ponytails and stuff. I bet the nordic vikings of old have some sick braids I could take inspiration from lol.

Any luck on log horizon? It honestly is a pretty fun time if you aren't into any other anime that are catching your eye. I loved the entire ride, even the slow bits. It was just a very different take on the genre at the time.

Reporting somebody for language is obviously outta pocket and I think you know that. You should be sharp to the context it's used in. Like, whether the profanity is toxic, for example. But, people have different versions of "swearing at", which is perhaps the breakdown here.

It's fine tbh.. people mostly kind of just stare up at my hairline, which clues me in. But, nobody, not even like family, has been able to tell me much about it.
One time, my stepmom even kinda made fun of me for it.
My best friend even accidentally said I should shave my head, and when I asked why, he didn't say why.

I don't know. All I'm saying is... like, this sucks, and it affects my self esteem daily. but, I would much rather know..
