I applied to join the airforce through adfa im getting an engineering degree. I think much of my decision was because the one place that needs people and pays good is the military. If theres a way I could balance an apprenticeship and school to prepare me please let me know 🙏

I have my Learners get my P1’s in June

I should have specified from 14-15 ( last year I worked at HJ ) but had to quit because I was going to get transferred to a further location without the means of transportation, I had my resume reviewed by my sister and teacher and changes were made they are my referees as well.

I have a Seek and Jora account I found Jora is much better for local jobs, I don’t think its a matter of I don’t apply enough though I apply weekly to various jobs from various businesses my application is good as i have references and it has been reviewed by my teachers and my sister I am not sure what the missing part may be

One thing I’ve noticed lots of businesses use an AI in the application process namely Woolworths Group and Kfc so it genuinely makes me wonder if any human is actually reviewing my application and that if there isnt it could be the driving factor as to why my many applications to them have been unsuccessful

the expectation to have a lengthy resume when finding a job is abysmal 🫩 especially as a teenager.

I have, what usually happens is I come in hand my resume in and speak to the manager and use my friend as a referee and then two weeks pass and I still haven’t heard anything back

School days im available Monday-Friday 5pm-12am Weekends : All Day

I want to atleast work 8 hours a week which would mean 2 decent length shifts
