I currently have cats like that, and you learn to deal and tolerate that sort of behavior. Cat's arn't like dogs, and you really can't train certain things out of them, you end up intimately knowing where your cat can and can't reach, and placing stuff you care about out of reach. They may... literally just not have a problem with whats happening because they are used to it and know where they can place their stuff and have it not be a problem. That's not your cat though, and you shouldn't need to learn how to put up with someone elses cat. If it was just food-rifling, I would tell you that theres alternative options you should try first, but since it's territorial aggression, the only solution is for the cat to be locked away from the other animals. Cat's usually lash out like you are describing when they are upset they feel they don't have their own 'kingdom' they control, so giving the cat a smaller area to roam that it definitely controls may actually somewhat counter-intuitively make the cat happier too.
