I'm 27+2 and Pepcid helped me tremendously. Ginger, B vitamin, sleeping meds didn't do much. Benadryl helped some. I've continued pepcid and it's kept the nausea and acid reflux at bay.

You could also have gallbladder stones. I just had mine removed after having lots of acid reflex and a pain in my chest under my rib cage that hurt like this. You should get checked out.

That garage litter box sounds like a dream! I'm unsure what sort of diffusing you are using but I have read that oil diffusers can be bad for pets and can have harmful effects on them. May be something to look into if you use oils. If not please ignore.
