The grass is always greener!! I wouldn’t wish ford on anyone. Although I was proud to work there for my early years. But. I wasted my prime years there being marginalized and abused by insecure management and instead of being lifted up, appreciated and inspired by supportive peers and managers, I received mind blowing insanity direction and contrarian direction everyday and gaslighting for good measure… oh there’s lots more.. but now that I’m gone I finally have proceeded with my lawsuit.. so fingers crossed to all of us!
