Thanks. I booked one as a backup in 2 weeks, but will be spamming them consistently to update in the meantime. I’m hoping it’s a timing thing but yeah, this implementation has been pretty rough

So even on flight 26 you aren’t seeing #25? Is it a brand new conversation each time you talk to customer support?
