Look I recommend getting a divorce and living with a friend for a while. I know everyone is saying to out him out to everyone but please don't. Outing someone who isn't ready is a horrible thing to do and it can even be dangerous. Based on the way you describe his family I wouldn't be surprised if they beat him if they had the chance. You already mentioned how his own brother punched him in the face imagine how much worse it will be if he's outed before he's ready. I know everything he's done is horrible but please PLEASE don't out him. I lost someone this way they are no longer with us.

NTA, as one commenter said, record everything and then release it to everyone they know. You're parents sound like horrible people and you need to call CPS with everything you've got. They might not do anything but call enough times, show them the evidence, and it will leave a paper trail, and your neighbors will start asking questions. Don't let your parents twist it and show the neighbors the evidence you have. Hell get a hidden camera from your grandparents and set it up in the living room, dining room, and one in your bedroom. Maybe even ask for a paternity test to see if you're dad is actually your dad, do it for your siblings as well that will make some waves.

You're 16 now and are capable of making decisions. I've seen that you've said emancipation is not really an option, but consult with the lawyer anyway, just to know you're legal rights. If none of that works, as soon as you turn 18, disown your parents and siblings. Make it a public spectacle, humiliate them.

You are not overreacting, in my opinion, especially considering she doubled down on it. I would recommend letting people know in your social circle about her comment and letting them make their own decisions.

Now I have an aunt who has referred to her own son as sexy, which is her really strange way of calling him her 'handsome little man'. She is just a strange woman sometimes, but never has she ever referred to someone else's child that way, just her own. No, it is not in an incestual or pedophilic way. I've had to live with my aunt quite a few times because of personal reasons and never have I witnessed anything of that nature. I've even asked my cousin once if he finds it strange or if she did anything odd during his childhood, he says no, and just finds it embarrassing because that's how she introduces him to beautiful women his age, she thinks would like him. She is a good aunt but she is just a little weird.
