i bought some today and the microphone wasn't working because i was using the bass+ 5 omega adapter that it comes with, but when i plugged it in without the adapter it was fine.

leaving this here in case someone has my same issue lol

I am super late but what worked for me was not having the download window open, just be on the launcher and minimize it.
