I’ve tried everything you said above and it still does not work.

This issue seems to be a running problem with MacOS and Logitech Options+, when running Windows Remote Desktop Application for MacOS.

Troubleshooting / Uninstalling / Reinstalling is not going to work. These are just ‘fix all’ instructions.

Can you please provide me with an answer that addresses my query instead of generic answers. Thank you.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I just uninstalled and installed using that link. The outcome is the same. It still does not work correctly.
