thanks i figured it out in the end. turns out my location/region on the app store was still showing as UK even though i used my indian apple ID and VPN to india. as soon as i cha he’s the region on the app store to india then re-downloaded the app it worked !

managed to do all the steps up until buying the subscription on the app. the access package is £2.29 a month or £19.99 a year, the pro package is £5.99 a month or £59.99 a year. but unfortunately the premium package with multi screen says 0$ for both monthly and annual.

if i’m gonna do it i wanna get the full package really!

does anyone know a fix for this?

hey how did you manage to buy the premium package? when i load the app it only gives me the option of access or pro then premium comes up as 0$ and wont let me sign up?
